Lana began working with her father, Henry Lee in 1998. She quickly became a key player in the company and in 2007 became President. During Lana's time as President, New Oriental Cleaners has gone through many changes but still maintains the same values of taking care of their customers and team members. During the economic downturn, New Oriental Cleaners refused to terminate a single employee due to the slow down in business. Lana was key in finding ways to reduce overheads so that no employee would lose their job.
Ruby joined New Oriental Cleaners in 1995. Having started out as a Customer Service Representative in our Shirley Street location, she quickly showed her drive and passion to put the customer first. She was a fast learner when it came to the various operations within the company and moved up to Store Manager in a few years. Shortly after that, Ruby was offered a General Manager position. Now, Ruby is the General Manager of all nine New Oriental locations.
